With us, a project manager is a real jack-of-all-trades. You organize the projects from A to Z, function as a sparring partner for the team and the clients. You are able to build and expand relationships with our clients. You help our clients realize their digital ideas and wishes.

You figure out the customer's question by listening and asking through. Then you make sure the right people are at the table to transform the question into solutions, ideas and concepts. You are responsible for starting, planning, monitoring and delivering projects. Of course you do this with a team of strategists, designers, developers, ethical hackers and possible partners.

(Some of the) Duties of a project manager:

Your role within the team

• You work both independently and as part of a team.
• You are the first point of contact for the team when they get stuck or have questions.
• You motivate the team.
• You think strategically to improve internal processes.
• You keep track of the different deadlines that are coming up for the team at all times.

Your role in the projects

• As a project manager, you are responsible for the quote, budget, planning, and evaluation. Of course, you never do this alone.
• You maintain contact with clients and have various conversations with them (from introductory meetings to check-ins)
• You are flexible and communicative. Those involved in the project know where they stand through you.

There will undoubtedly be other tasks that come your way. This is a very broad role because your work touches almost every part of the organization.
